You can also get a hay spread which you put baled hay in and it spreads the hay in the hay barn (where the mixed feed trough is) Also you can use a feed mixer by putting baled dry grass and hay into mixer then adding the silage to make a mixed feed to put in the mix feed trough. I believe you can use the special harvester to make the wheat/barley into silage not sureįor cows/sheep you use a forage wagon to collect grass and put in grass feeding trough. Forage harvesters, normally, only pick up grass and hay with that header. You normally can't pick up straw with a forage harvester. I think OP's pic is a PC mod where you can pick up straw and turn it into chaff.
You can turn grass to dry it and then you can bale dry grass If you make chaff, you should ferment it into silage, which is quite profitable.
